A Swiss civil application can ask for a freeze when a forensic report ties the transaction to a wallet that an exchange actually hosts. That is the difference between a case number and a lock. Why people start with a ticket

A deposit screen teaches people to paste a transaction ID and wait. A freeze at a licensed exchange is technically possible and practically rare unless a court paper and a named wallet arrive together.
